Undefined Char SubstitutionUNDEFINED CHARACTER SUBSTITUTION specifies the replacement character toprint in place of any unprintable character that is received from the host. Thecharacter becomes the printer default when:v The printer is powered off and then powered on.v An SGEA command specifies to use the operator panel default.v The “UNDEFINED CHARACTER REPORTING” option is disabled.The character code point can be set to the following values:– X'60' (the default)– X'40' – X'FE' (HEX)Print Text DirectionSpecifies the direction in which characters are printed on the page. This allows theprinter to print languages which are printed right to left instead of left to right.v Left to Right (the default).v Right to Left. When a right to left language is selected, the host will be notifiedof print direction changes when the printer is put online.Intervention RequiredSelect from the following:v Not Send To Host (the default)v Send To Host.
