Statistics Displays 20-19l NetB Ukn Pkts Rcv – is the number of NetBIOS packets received on the interfacewith an invalid size.l Lite Pkts Rcv – is the number of NetWare "Lite" packets received on theinterface.l Lite Pkts Tx – is the number of NetWare Lite packets transmitted on theinterface.l WD Req Pkts Rcv – is the number of "watchdog," or "keep-alive," requestsreceived from other servers. These are issued periodically to all clients, todetermine whether each client is still available.l WD Resp Pkts Rcv – is the number of received responses to keep-alive messagesissued by the local server.l Serial Pkts Rcv – is the number of NetWare file server serialization securityframes received. These broadcast frames are used by Novell to hold informationregarding the licensing of the file server executables.l Pkts Tx – is the total number of RIP and SAP packets transmitted on the localinterface.l Tx Completions – is the total number of successfully transmitted RIP and SAPpackets that originated at the local node.l Pkts Rcv – is the total number of RIP and SAP packets received on the localinterface.l Tx Pkts Filtered – is the number of packets denied transmission because of afilter configured on the interface.l Rcv Pkts Filtered – is the number of packets denied reception because of a filterconfigured on the interface.l Pkts Forwarded – is self-explanatory.l Echo Requests Rcv – is the number of Echo Requests received on the interface.l Echo Replies Rcv – is the number of replies to Echo Requests received on theinterface.l Err_Type Pkts Rcv – is the number of Novell error packets received on theinterface.l Pkts Discarded – is the number of packets discarded because the interface wasdown.l Pkts_2_Large Rcv – is the number of packets received that exceeded theMaximum Transmission Units configured for the interface. These packets arediscarded.l Major/Minor Version – are the version numbers of the IPX stack.l Rcv Header Error – is the number of IPX packets received with incorrect headerinformation. The header should be 30 bytes and contain network, node, andsocket addresses for source and destination.l Ukn Sockets Rcv – is the number of socket numbers received that could not beidentified.
