Press to return to the Installer menu, or press to exit the Installer menu.Resetting (Defaulting) the SystemRestoring Control Unit Factory DefaultsYou can remove all configuration from the control unit using System Options – RestoreDefaults – Factory Defaults (see page 51).Resetting a keypad's addressYou can clear the address stored in a keypad's non-volatile memory by pressing the D and keys together while the front cover is open.Resetting Access CodesYou can use the Reset Codes link on the control unit's PCB to delete the installer and alluser codes. You will be prompted to specify new codes for the installer and master user.Resetting the codes also removes the assignment of all proximity tags to users.You may want to use this feature in the event that the installer code has been forgotten.Once you are in the Installer menu, you can use System Options, Restore Defaults,Staged Defaults to reset user codes (see page 50).Note: You can disable the Reset Codes link by disabling System Options, Hardware,Reset Codes Pins (see page 59).To reset the codes:1. If you know the installer code, enter it to prevent a tamper alarm when you removethe lid of the control unit.2. Remove mains power to the control unit.
