LOWR Lower unit6-53 69J3D112. Install the two dowel pins 1 to the lowerunit.3. Install the lower unit to the upper case,and then tighten the bolts 2 to the speci-fied torque.4. Install the trim tab 3 to its original posi-tion, and then tighten the bolt 4 to thespecified torque.5. Install the propeller and propeller nut,and then tighten the nut finger tight.Place a block of wood between the anti-cavitation plate and propeller to keep thepropeller from turning, and then tightenthe nut to the specified torque.WARNINGDo not hold the propeller with your handswhen loosening or tightening it.
