Remove:• Primary sheave nut “1”• Secondary sheave nut “2”TIPWhile holding the primary and secondarysheave with the sheave holder “3”, loosen thenut.2. Remove:• Primary sheave assembly “1”• Secondary sheave assembly “2”• V-belt “3”TIP• Before removal, put alignment marks “a” and“b” as shown.• Align these marks during reassembly.EAS30312DISASSEMBLY THE SECONDARY SHEAVE1. Loosen:• Secondary sheave spring seat nut “1”TIP• While holding the secondary fixed sheave “2”with the sheave holder “3”, loosen the second-ary sheave spring seat nut with the locknutwrench “4”.• Do not loosen the secondary sheave springseat nut “1” more than 1/4 turn.2. Remove:• Secondary sheave spring seat nut “1”TIPInstall the sheave spring compressor “2” andsheave fixed block “3” onto the secondarysheave assembly as shown.
