Connect:• Fuel hose (fuel rail side)NOTICEECA17500When installing the fuel hose, make sure thatit is securely connected, and that the fuelhose connector cover on the fuel hose is inthe correct position, otherwise the fuel hosewill not be properly installed.TIP• Install the fuel hose securely onto the fuel railjoint until a distinct “click” is heard.• To install the fuel hose onto the fuel rail joint,slide the fuel hose connector cover “1” on theend of the hose in the direction of the arrowshown.• It is prohibited to wear the cotton work glovesor equivalent coverings.EAS30485ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE POSITIONSENSORNOTICEECA17540• Handle the throttle position sensor withspecial care.• Never subject the throttle position sensorto strong shocks. Adjust:• Throttle position sensor angleTIPBefore adjusting the throttle position sensor, thethrottle bodies must be removed.a. Temporary tighten the throttle position sen-sor screws.b. Check that the throttle valves are fullyclosed.c. Connect the throttle position sensor to thewire harness.d.
