Activate the image you want to process in theimage container and press the Select button to load theimage. Then expand the Method Parameters toolwindow to have access to setting parameters (Fig. 480).You have to use the subdirectory StructuredIllumination tab when selecting the image tohave aces to the Structured Illumination tools.You will have no tools available is the directoryStructured Illumination tab is selected.If a region of interest (ROI) is defined in the image, thenthis ROI will be exclusively taken for image processingand the rest of the image will not be processed.You can instead of processing only one selected imagealso load more images to be processed sequentially. Tothis end press the Run Batch button (Fig. 480). This willopen Windows Explorer from which you can select allimages you want to process.
