224Environment Settings Chapter 9Registering the Password1. Select "ENVIRONMENT" > ”Initial Settings” from the menu bar.The ENVIRONMENT menu is displayed.2. Move the ENTER key to select "Password".The available characters for password are displayed.3. Tilt the ENTER key to select the letters you want to enter, and then press the ENTER key.The selected letters are displayed. Specify the password including up to 8 letters.4. After entering the password, select "Enter" shown at the right side of the soft keyboard.(If you press the C key without pressing the ENTER key, the password is cancelled and the passwordcreated last becomes available.) When you returned to the "Initial Setting" menu, asterisks as many as thepassword you have set are displayed in the "Password" field.• BS (Back Space): Deletes one letter before the cursor position.• <- and ->: Cursor in the product type name field moves to the arrow directions.
