The system will automatically start Z sectioning. Be careful not tobump the air table or the microscope until z sectioning is completed. Each successive z-slice can beviewed by changing to the Gallery Mode. This button is located on the right side of the image.(11) A black bar will be shown under the image and will move from left to right, showing that theLSM 510 is in the process of Z sectioning.
