This menuoption determines what the control unit does with the “Burg” Fast Format channel 3 at theend of the siren run time. There are two options:DisabledThe channel stays active until an Installer or user resets the system.EnabledThe system rearms Channel 3 once the siren timer has expired. Once the Channel isrearmed, the system is ready to report any new alarm. The system bypasses anydetectors that are still triggered.Notes:If a Final Exit Zone is triggered, Channel 3 becomes active at the end of theProgrammed Entry time.21CN FF Ack Time(This menu appears only if you select “Fast Format” in Communications - Report Type.The menu does NOT appear if a GPRS or Ethernet module is fitted.)A PSTN line connected to a BT21CN line (or equivalent) will take longer to acknowledge aFast Format transmission. This option allows you to adjust the length of time that thecontrol unit waits for the ARC acknowledgement. You can adjust the acknowledgementtime from a minimum of 400ms up to a maximum of 1200ms in 100ms steps.Send Tamper as BurgWhen using CID or SIA reporting this option allows you to program the control unit to sendtampers as alarm.If you select Disabled, (the default) then the control unit sends all CID/SIA messages asspecified in Communications – ARC Reporting – CID/SIA Events.If you select Enabled then for full alarm response the control unit sends tampers asburglary (BA) and sends Contact ID 130 in place of Contact ID 137.Dynamic Test CallNote: If this option is not visible then static test calls are enabled. To use dynamic test callsdisable static test calls first.In dynamic testing the system makes a test call 24 hours after the last alarmcommunication. To enable dynamic testing select Communications – ARC Reporting –Dynamic Test Call – Enabled.Static Test CallNote: If this option is not visible then dynamic test calls are enabled. To use static test callsdisable dynamic test calls first.In static testing the system makes a test call either on:Every day at one particular time of day orOn the same day of every week, orOn one day every month.To make test calls at a set time every day select Communications – ARC Reporting –Static Test Call – Daily. From the display select a number between 01 and 24 to choosethe time of day for the call. For example, select 18 to program the control unit to make astatic test call at 6:00pm every day.
