Press “*” to key in the dot.IP Port Number This option also presents another two sub-options where you cankey in the port numbers that Downloader “listens” to on the remotePC for the primary and secondary IP addresses.Secure CallbackSelect Downloading - Secure Callback to allow Downloader to use a third callback number(independent of the telephone numbers in the Downloading – Phone Book option). Beforemaking a Downloader connection, the remote PC operator keys in the third callbacknumber. Once connected Downloader transmits the number to the control unit. The controlunit then uses that number to call back to the remote PC.Modem Baud Rate(This option is not present when an i-gsm02 module is fitted.) Over some noisy telephonelines Downloader communicates more effectively using a slower Baud rate from thecontrol unit. Select Downloading – Modem Baud Rate to change the baud rate to 300baud.Remote Servicing(Available in UK versions of i-onEX control units only.)The options available under the Downloading – Remote Servicing menu item areintended for use with Eaton’s Security Business’s Remote Servicing feature onDownloader. This feature must be set up by a Eaton’s Security Business External SupportManager. Please contact your Eaton’s Security Business Account Manager for moredetails.Plug-byThis option controls the line fail reporting from any plug-by module connected to thecontrol unit.Note: The Line Fail pin on the control unit’s plug-by connector must be connected to theappropriate output on the plug-by communicator. If not connected then the controlunit will not be able to recognise any line fail signal from the communicator.Line Fail ResponseThe exact response depends on whether the system is set or unset, as follows:Audible If the system is unset then the system logs the event. Thekeypads produce a short audible tone every minute. Entering avalid access code silences the sounders and the displayindicates a telephone line fault. The system can be set againwith the line fault present.If the system is set then the control unit logs the event but doesnot give any tone or display. The control unit cancels anyprogrammed siren delay if the line is out of order when an alarmoccurs.Note: Eaton’s Security Business recommends audible response for line fault.Silent If the system is unset then the display indicates a telephone linefault and the control unit logs the event. The system may be setagain with the line fault present.If the system is set then the control unit does not give anyindication or tone but does log the event. The control unit
