The WAN IP address must be in the following format:255.255.255.255.You can obtain this information from your system administrator or your Internet service provider.Note: If you have enabled Web Cache, you must update the Web Cache page when you changethe IP address of the interface. Refer to “Web Cache page update required” on page 725.SubNet Mask Enter the subnet mask address of the WAN. The subnet mask IP address must be in thefollowing format: 255.255.255.255.You can obtain this information from your system administrator or your Internet service provider.Physical Address Shows the physical address of the WAN interface.Description Provides a description of the network interface card that supports the WAN connection.Port Shows the port type of the WAN interface.Version Shows the version of the WAN interface.Maximum LinkSpeedShows the operational speed of the WAN interface.Status Shows the current resource status of the WAN interface. The possible states are:Up: The WAN card is operational.Down: The WAN card is not operational.
