The entire Business Communications Managerdocumentation suite, plus a number of training panels, are included on your BusinessCommunications Manager computer, as well as on the CD that accompanied your system.The Programming Records are on the CD only.Refer to “System documentation map” on page 57 to view a map of the information contained onthe CD in relation to the tasks required to install, operate and maintain the BusinessCommunications Manager system.Using BRU from the main pageThe BRU (Backup and Restore Utility) button, allows you to ensure the integrity of your systemdata by providing a way to back up your system data and configurations in the way that is mostuseful for your purposes. Backed up data can be restored to the Business CommunicationsManager should a system failure occur, such as a prolonged power outage. The Management UserGuide describes how to use this feature.Accessing maintenance information from the main pageThe Maintenance button accesses a number of maintenance tools that allow you to determine thecurrent status of the various aspects of your Business Communications Manager system.
