LSM 510 OPERATION IN EXPERT MODELSM 510 META Options Menu Carl Zeiss03/06 B 45-0021 e 4-213• Click on the Options button of the Main menuand then on Export RM (see Fig. 4-202).− The Export to Routine Mode windowappears.• Enter any name for the method to be takenover.• If required, enter a brief description andadditional comments under Description andNotes.• Click on Ok. (Cancel allows you to cancel theprocedure).− The method used for image acquisition istaken over in the Routine Mode.The exported User-Defined Examination Method must be activated before it can be used inthe Routine Mode (see printed manual CHAPTER ROUTINE MODE AND TOOLS).If you want to change from the Expert Mode to the Routine Mode and vice versa, close all thewindows first.It's not possible to export ratio channels and bleach parameters. All methods will be loaded inthe Routine Mode with Zoom 1, Rotation 0, Offset 0 and without defined ROIs.4.9.2 Load RM FunctionThe Load RM (Routine Mode) function permits the deletion of Standard Examination Methods andUser-defined Examination Methods from the database of the Routine Mode.• Click on the Options button of the Main menu and then on Load RM (see Fig. 4-203).− The Routine Mode Database is opened.The Routine Mode database is identical to the database of the Expert Mode, though not all the functionsare available. The listed methods cannot be loaded as an image.• To delete an Examination Method of the Routine Mode, select the method from the Form, Galleryor Table display of the Routine Mode Database.• Then click on the Delete button.− The selected method is deleted from the database and is no longer available in the Routine Mode.Fig. 4-202 Export to Routine Mode window
