X; Y; Zslider:Setting of diameter, X-, Y- and Z-position of the pinhole in relation to thebeam path (Z-position can be set only for PH1) using the slider or arrowbuttons, status display for setting procedure: green for ready and red forbusy.Store current Positionbutton:Storage of the current pinhole setting.Move to stored Positionbutton:Pinhole setting is reset to the position last stored.Adjust Automaticallybutton:Automatic pinhole adjustment.Fast Adjust mode checkbox:If this check box is activated, the pinhole adjustment is only performed in alimited area.
