OPERATION IN EXPERT MODE LSM 510 DuoScanCarl Zeiss Display and Analysis of Images LSM 510 META DuoScan4-334 B 45-0021 e 03/06The Mean of ROIs toolbar contains the following function elements:ROIs selection box: Display of the ROIs used during scanning of the timeseries and of the other ROIs available in the system.Add button: Opens the Add ROI List window for the storage ofchanged or newly defined ROIs under a new name.Remove button: Deletes the selected ROI from the ROIs selection box.ROI data: Display of the data of the ROI selected from the ROIs selectionbox. On deactivation of the check box of a ROI, its intensity values fromthe Intensity-Time diagram are not displayed.The Mark start Z button and Mark end Z button are only available forTime series with Z- Stacks when a three dimensional (for example 3DBezier) drawing tool has been used to draw a ROI and this is stillactivated in the image. When clicked the actually displayed image willbe set as the upper or lower border of the ROI within the stack in Z. Thedisplayed image of the Z-Stack can be changed using the Slice toolbarin the Select toolbar of the image window.Arrow button: Activation of the mouse button for resizing ormovement of the ROI in the Image Display window.Fig. 4-313 Image Display window, Mean ROI display for time series of Z Stack
