9-44PTT motor012345678910AInstalling the reservoir1. Install a new O-ring a and the reservoirb, and then tighten the reservoir mount-ing bolts c to the specified torque.2. Install a new O-ring d and the reservoircap e, and then tighten the reservoir cape to the specified torque.Installing the PTT motorDo not use a rag when assembling thePTT unit because dust and particles onthe PTT unit components can lead to poorperformance.1. Install the joint a and gear pump filter b.2. Fill the gear pump housing with therecommended fluid to the correct levela.3. Turn the joint a with a screwdriver, andthen remove any air between the pumpgear teeth.4. Remove all of the air bubbles with asyringe or suitable tool.5.
