3-9RIGGING Rigging information2. Remove the bolts c, and then removethe retaining plate b.3. Fully screw in the cable joint d to theshift cable e.4. Set the remote control lever in the Nposition.5. Open the clamp g of the shift cableholder f.TIP:Shift cable position is adjustable by using theshift cable holder f.6. Pass the shift cable e through therigging grommet, fit the cable grooveonto the projection on the cable holder ffor installation.7. Align the mark a on the bushing h withthe mark b on the plate i.8. Adjust the cable joint d to the pin c ofshift lever. WARNING! The shift cablejoint must be screwed in a minimumof 8.0 mm (0.31 in).9.
