The white LED illumination is turned onand a live image is acquired showing the inside ofthe sample chamber. This image is displayed in theCenter Screen Area. To adjust the light intensity,the Light Intensity slider in the Camera Toolwindow can be used. The zoom function is notavailable during this process and remainsdeactivated. The upper system cavity door can beopen during this live image.3.1.2 Locate SampleTo locate the sample within the sample chamber,the Locate Sample button activates the infraredlight source and a live transmitted light image isshown in the Center Screen Area. This image istaken with channel 1/ Cam1. Zoom and LightIntensity can be adjusted by using the sliders inthe Camera Tool window.
