A graphicof the grating is displayed on the left hand side ofthe window (Fig. 271). Two squares are labeledwith white crosses in this image. On the right handside, a live image of the grating is shown. Nowmark the same squares as shown in the graphic inthe live image by simply clicking on them with theleft mouse button. This will be repeated for asecond zoom step. The following text will beshown: "Determining the detector center. Pleaseclick on the two squares in the right live image ofthe grid that are marked with the white crosswithin the left image display. Repeat for bothzoom settings, then continue."Step 4 is the final step in which the alignment for all filters and detection module channels is performed.A progress bar is present at the bottom of the window. When the procedure is finished, the Finishbutton becomes available. Press it to save all adjustments and leave the wizard.
