Once ZEN is running, you can detach andreattach components.Be aware that all incubation components will continue working with the Incubator tool windowspecified parameters after ZEN has been shut down or stopped working. This will keep your samplealive, even if ZEN stops unexpectedly during an experiment. To turn off the incubation, uncheck thecorresponding checkboxes in the Incubator tool window or turn off the Incubation via the remotecontrol. You will have access depending upon the attached equipment to− Temperature (°C) control− Atmosphere (%) controlTo have access to the respective controls, expandthe fields by pressing the triangles (Fig. 93).The Temperature ( oC) panel allows you to controlup to 2 independent heating channels that arelinked to certain devices (Peltierblock SampleChamber Lightsheet Z.1, Heatingblock SampleChamber Lightsheet Z.1) that are assigned todifferent channels. Enter the desired nominaltemperature via the input boxes by typing in thenumbers or by using the arrows to set theparameters. Check the corresponding box toactivate the desired Channel. The grey numberson the right will display the actual temperature. The Atmosphere (%) panel defines the CO2concentration via the input boxes. Either type inthe numbers or use the arrows to set theparameters. Actual values will be displayed on theright.Fig. 93 Incubator panel – Expanded fields foratmosphere and temperature control
