CHAPTER 4 - SYSTEM OPERATIONCarl Zeiss Center Screen Area / Image Containers - Display and Image Analysis Lightsheet Z.1188 000000-1790-528 02/20134.2.2 DisplayIn the Display View Option control block, the intensity minimum can be set for the Black value and theintensity maximum for the White value of the image using the button.Clicking on the button sets the intensity minimum for Black to the percentile value and theintensity maximum for White to the percentile value.Activating the check box sets the intensity minimum and maximum values automatically.With the spin-boxes, you can set the lower and upper percentile values.The Black, the Gamma, and the White values ofthe displayed image can be adjusted (Fig. 289)individually.With the buttons, theeffect of the settings can be restricted to anindividual channel or be applied to all channels. Bydefault, the settings apply to all channelssimultaneously.The parameters can be changed using the spin-boxes – or directly by typing the numbers into thenumber-field. With the button, the originalsettings are easily re-set.With a right mouse button, click into the areawhich displays the histogram, a menu opens(Fig. 290) to change the displayed bit depth as wellas the scaling of the histogram.The settings in this View control block apply onlyto the Image Display and are NOT changed in theoriginal data set.
