Take control of the sterility in yoursample chamber by following the cleaning instruction of all parts of the CO2 -module (see PeConmanual) as well as the components of the sample chamber (see CHAPTER 1 HARDWARE).Please clamp all incoming or outgoing tubing (Fig. 32/2, Fig. 32/5, Fig. 32/9, Fig. 32/10) into theprovided clamping grooves. This will avoid possible disconnection problems after closing the frontsystem cavity door.Note that for the sake of completeness Fig. 26 shows the connection diagram for the usage of aperfusion pump (Fig. 32/5, Fig. 32/9). Alternatively a syringe based-perfusion can be used (positionFig. 32/5). Consequently, Fig. 32/9 has to be replaced by a bling plug.
