CHAPTER 4 - SYSTEM OPERATIONCarl Zeiss Left Tool Area and Hardware Control Tools Lightsheet Z.142 000000-1790-528 02/20133.2.1 Experiment ManagerYou can load a predefined experiment from theExperiment Manager field by pressing the arrowto access the list box (Fig. 46).Select the appropriate one by clicking on theexperiment name which is highlighted whenmoused-over.To save, delete, or edit experiments, open theselection box next to the experiment list box(Fig. 47).To define a new experiment, set all parametersaccording to the acquisition needs in the ToolGroup fields. Press New in the menu list and typein a name for your experiment in the editing line.which will open at the place of the experiment listbox (Fig.49). Afterwards, press the disc icon to savethe new configuration or press the cross icon toabort the process.The process is similar when renaming anexperiment by pressing Rename or using the SaveAs option. After typing the wanted name thechanges can be either saved or the process can beaborted.To save changes done in the tool tabs to apreviously defined experiment, press the Saveoption.Experiments can be imported or exported as.czlsmexp files. When using Import or Export,windows explorer will open.
