When exporting .czi files as .lsm files thismetadata cannot be completely exported. When exporting .czi files as .lsm files, each Z-Stack will besaved as an individual .lsm file. For each time point, a separate file is additionallyformed in the same folder with the nomenclature: Name(time point).czi (e.g. FishEmbryogensis(221).czi).In ZEN there are three ways to access your data:− The File menu− The ZEN File Browser− Open Images are accessible in the Right Tool AreaZEN File BrowserThe File Browser allows access to image data of variable image formats and permits displaying them inthree views:− Gallery View,− Table View and− Form View.Images can be loaded, copied, and deleted within the ZEN File Browser.The Reuse (see section 4.2.1 Dimensions) function is available in the ZEN Image Browser: Hardwareparameters can be loaded without opening the files by clicking the Reuse button.Images and DocumentsIn the Right Tool Area, the Images and Documents section displays the images which are loaded in thesystem memory. Double clicking brings the image to the front. Files can be saved and deleted/closed onthis section.ExportWith the Export dialog in the File menu, the acquired data can be directly exported to various file types.In the Save As dialog in the File menu, these formats can also be chosen as file type.
