The lightintensity of the Transmitted Light lamp can bevaried via the input box or slider. Press the Onbutton again to turn off the light.3.2.5.3 Laser ControlPress the Laser icon to display the laser controlexpansion submenu (Fig. 62).Activate the lasers you want to use by checking thecorresponding boxes.The used laser line with sliders will appear below.Set the requested laser attenuation (%) usingeither the sliders, the arrows, or typing into thedisplay field.3.2.5.4 IncubatorYou have access to incubator functions by pressingthe Incubator button.This opens the expansion submenu for access tothe possible attached equipment− Temperature (°C) control− Atmosphere (%) controlThe Temperature ( oC) panel allows you to controlup to 2 independent heating channels that arelinked to certain devices (Peltierblock SampleChamber Lightsheet Z.1, Heatingblock SampleChamber Lightsheet Z.1) that are assigned todifferent channels.Enter the desired nominal temperature via the input boxes by typing in the numbers or by using thearrows to set the parameters. Check the corresponding box to activate the desired Channel. The greynumbers on the right will display the actual temperature.The Atmosphere (%) panel allows setting the CO2 concentration via the input boxes.
