32.5.9 FTFC command operationsFTFC command (not related to CSEc) operations are typically used to modify flashmemory contents. The next sections describe:• The command write sequence used to set FTFC command parameters and launchexecution• A description of all FTFC commands availableNOTE1. For CSEc/SHE commands, refer to Cryptographic ServicesEngine (CSEc)2. Warning: When running any FTFC command such asERSALL that changes the flash configuration content, caremust be taken with re-programming the configurationinformation prior to reset. Otherwise, the part may getlocked up32.5.9.1 Command write sequenceFTFC commands are specified using a command write sequence illustrated in Figure32-11. The FTFC module performs various checks on the command (FCCOB) contentand continues with command execution if all requirements are fulfilled. Before launching a command, the ACCERR and FPVIOL bits in the FSTAT registermust be zero and the CCIF flag must read 1 to verify that any previous command hascompleted. If CCIF is zero, the previous command execution is still active, a newcommand write sequence cannot be started, and all writes to the FCCOB registers areignored.Attempts to launch an FTFC command in VLP mode will be ignored. Attempts to launchany FTFC command (including SHE commands, FlexRAM/EEPROM accesses) inHSRUN mode will be trapped with the ACCERR flag being set.32.5.9.1.1 Load the FCCOB registersThe user must load the FCCOB registers with all parameters required by the desiredFTFC command. The individual registers that make up the FCCOB data set can bewritten in any order. The user must be sure to provide all of the required parameters(which may vary from command to command).Functional descriptionMWCT101xS Series Reference Manual, Rev. 3, 07/2019744 NXP Semiconductors
