When set toYes, the SCSI card BIOS provides boot support for a SCSI devicewith multiple LUNs (for example, a CDjuke boxdevice in whichmultiple CDs can be accessed simultaneously).Include in BIOS Scan—(Default:Yes) When set toYes, the SCSIcard BIOS controls the SCSI device if it is an INT 13 device (suchas a SCSI disk drive) without device driver software. When settoNo, the SCSI card BIOS does not control the SCSI device anddevice driver software is required. The BIOS can support up toeight INT 13 devices without an additional device driver.Advanced Configuration OptionsCaution:Do notchange the Advanced Configuration Optionsunless absolutely necessary and you thoroughly understandthe consequences of the change.Reset SCSI Bus at IC Initialization—(Default:Enabled) Whenset toEnabled, the BIOS resets the SCSI bus at POST time andthen waits two seconds before scanning the bus for SCSIdevices. If this option is disabled, the SCSI card BIOS does notissue a SCSI reset and there is no two-second delay.Display Messages during BIOS Initialization—(Default:Enabled) When set toEnabled, the SCSI card BIOSdisplays thePress for SCSISelect (TM) Utility!messageon your screen during system bootup. If this setting is disabled,you can still invoke the SCSISelectutility by pressingafter the SCSI card BIOS banner appears. If youchange this setting, the change automatically applies to bothSCSI channels.!
