The following message appears:Delete Array?3 For RAID 0 and RAID 10, go to Step 4. For RAID 1, select one ofthese options, then continue to Step 4: Drive ID 1—deletes out all data on the drive 1 Drive ID 2—deletes out all data on the drive 2 Drive ID 1 & 2—deletes all data on both drives None—breaks the array but keeps any existing data on bothdrives4 Select Yes and press Enter. The following message appears:Are you sure?5 Select Yes and press Enter. If you select No, you will return tothe Main menu.Adding a Spare DriveWith RAID 1 or RAID 10 you have the option to create a maximumof 2 spare drives. You can create a spare before you define yourRAID or you can add a spare later to an existing RAID 1 orRAID 10 array.To create a spare prior to defining a RAID, or add to an existingRAID 1 or RAID 10 array:1 From the Main menu, press S to add a spare.
