See Appendix D, Creating DriverFloppy Disks for more information.2 Start the system and then press Ctrl-A to enter the SCSISelectutility. Use SCSISelect to create the array and logical drive towhich you will install Windows.3 After the array is built, insert the Windows setup CD in theCD-ROM drive and restart the system to begin the Windowsinstallation.Note: When using a CD-ROM drive to installWindows 2000, Windows Server 2003, or Windows XPfrom the bootable CD, make sure Bootable CD-ROMsupport is enabled. This is done through the System BIOSSetup Utility.4 Press F6 when this message is displayed:Press F6 if you need to install third-party SCSI or RAID drivers5 Press S = Specify Additional Device.6 Insert the Windows driver disk you created, when the setupprompts you to insert the manufacturer supplied disk into driveA, and then continue.7 The screen displays the adapter drivers supported on the disk.Select Adaptec HostRAID U320 Driver for Windows 2000/2003/ XP.8 Your system will restart once more to finish setting upWindows.
