If the NT1 or CIU appears functioning properly, call yourphone company and report the problem.[LCP] Option Negotiation Failure, Non-Convergence detectedLink Control Protocol is terminated because the CyberSWITCH and the device cannot agree on acommon way of communicating. The device may not be configured properly. Refer to the specificdocumentation for device set up. Then, contact your Distributor or Customer Support.Line DownISDN line failure. The data link for the line connected to slot port is down.LMI alarm on Access >Indicates that either no STATUS messages have been received from the network or that N393 errorshave occurred in the last N391 events thus exceeding the device configured alarm threshold for theLMI link. Any associated PVCs are disabled. (The variable N393 is the configured MonitoredEvents Count, and the variable N391 is the configured Full Status Enquiry Polling Count.)LMI alarm reset Access Indicates that N392 events have occurred which allows the LMI alarm condition to be cleared andany associated PVCs to be re-enabled. (The variable N392 is the configured Error Threshold Count.)Loop detected on Local Area NetworkThe LAN adapter has detected a loop condition on the local area network. The system will discardthese frames until the loop condition is removed.MAC Layer Bridge did not InitializeA system problem prevented the MAC layer bridge from properly initializing, and the bridge willnot forward data over the WAN.
