Inspecting the cable harnessUse this procedure to inspect cable harness of axes 1-6.NoteActionDANGERTurn off all:• electric power supply• hydraulic pressure supply• air pressure supplyto the robot, before entering the robotworking area.1xx1300001095Make an overall inspection of the cableharness in order to detect wear and dam-age.Pay special attention to the areas of axis-2 and axis-3 movement, shown in the fig-ure. Make sure the cabling is not damagesin any way, between the cable brackets inthese areas.2Check that all visible cable brackets, velcrostraps and attachments are properly se-cured, by following the cable harness fromthe base to the wrist.3Check the motor cables visually for anydamage.4Check the connectors at the base visuallyfor any damage.5xx1300001094Check the cabling going through the protec-tion tube, to detect possible cable chafing,by using your hands inside the tube to feelthe cables.
