Do not push themotor pinion into the gear yet!This is done in order to fit the motor with theaxis-4 motor still fitted.5Remove the lifting accessory and allow themotor to rest on the guide pins.6Rotation tool: 3HAC7887-1Apply the rotation tool and use it to rotatethe pinion when mating it into the gear.7To release the brakes, connect the 24 VDCpower supply.8Connect to connector R2.MP3:• + = pin 2• - = pin 5CAUTIONWhenever parting/mating motor and gearbox,the gears may be damaged if excessive forceis used!9xx1200001129Use caution and push the motor in positionwhile at the same time the motor pinion isslightly rotated.Pay attention to following points:• Make sure the cable exit hole is turnedthe correct way.
