A flag in the Restart TLVcontains restart request (RR), restart acknowledge (RA) and suppress adjacencyadvertisement (SA) bit flags.The ISIS graceful restart-enabled router can co-exist in mixed topologies wheresome routers are graceful restart-enabled and others are not.
